Asurion now replacing the Touch for the Diamond

How freakin' weird, I just ran over & crushed the screen on my Touch with the rocking chair I'm sitting in right now. I was wondering what the hell was keeping me from rolling back.. When I looked at it half the screen was warped.

I will to sprint tomorrow, but does anyone have any suggestions as to what to tell them. I don't want them to say that it's my fault and it wasn't covered.

SHould I tell the truth or beat around the bush a bit ?

Does anyone know what insurance Alltel uses? I don't remember ever seeing anything about assurion. Onea my freinds said they lost their touch and went into Alltel and got a diamond

mine said diamond yesterday, today it says touch

It all depends on stock. If they have a Touch in stock, that's what you'll get. If not, then they move to the Diamond. And by others sending in their Touches they are increasing their stock.

Ok so I just got back from Sprint store and they gave me a brand new in box touch. I am really happy it isn't a refurb but just a little sad I didn't get a new gadget to play with.
