OK, now that that is said, the 64 trillion dollar (AIG first down-payment) Question how?

I should have swapped mine out for various reasons (screen, case, SD Card slot) regardless, the limitation of upping to a Diamond was a no-go as all my apps and such are on my SD so I have to know how he worked it

I just went online and filed the claim. It said online and in the confirmation email that it oiuld be a 6850... aka Touch Pro... They have already sent me the tracking number for it. Should get it tomorrow... Wish is a good thing since he took my phone so he could have a functioning phone.

they (asurion) are sending a touchpro as a replacement for my stolen 6800... should be here today...
that means she gets an upgrade for $50 whereas I actually bought and paid $200 for mine :D

I've been wondering... What is the difference between Puff's HTC 6850 Touch Pro new fully kitted CK and my UT STARCOM 6850?

Why do the claims say the replacement will be the touch pro, but in two totally different ways? Weird...

call me lucky but I called tech support and explained that I have had 4 refurbs sent to me and did not want another refurb phone. I asked them to send me a NIB HTC Touch. The tech said that they were not able to send me a NIB Touch and that I had a choice between a new diamond Pro or the new Palm Pro. of course I chose the new Palm Pro... it will be here Sat. yeah me!!!!!!!
