Just made the call. I didn't get the Pro like I wanted, told him I needed the sd card, he put me on hold, then came back saying the Diamond was all they could replace with. I didn't really push the issue though... so:/ Oh well, here comes my new diamond!

Damn, i just filled out that info on phoneclaim.com and i think it states i'll be recieving a 6700 in the mail... think thats right? they still have those?

Thats what mine says too, 2lbs, I thought 2 pounds seemed a little light so i thought it would only be a refurbished phone and charger. But your saying you got a brand new in box diamond with all the accessories and it was still only 2lbs?
