Re: How can I minimize cheek pressing buttons?
Quit rubbing the phone on your cheek...LOL!!!
If you do a search for dialers you may turn up interesting results on certain dialers that have covers on them just for tis purpose...Also there is A reg edit for your screen going to sleep during calls maybe I can find it and re-post... Last edited by hooover; 12-28-2008 at 04:15 AM. |

Re: How can I minimize cheek pressing buttons?
I expected that response, and almost mentioned it in the question. Of course, a BT earpiece would help, too <g>. The real issue is that I am hard of hearing, and constantly press harder and reposition the darn earpiece, making it doubly obnoxious to me.

AND, the register setting information would be useful. (I'm not computer illiterate; indeed, in the 1970's and 80's I did a lot with 8080/Z80 assembler code and CP/M ... command prompts are more to my liking than Windows) |

Re: How can I minimize cheek pressing buttons?
Time to download it and investigate ... The "Slide" part had me ignoring it completely as the Vogue 6900 (where this thread exists) is not a slide phone ... does slide have other meanings as in the TouchFLO interface?

Re: How can I minimize cheek pressing buttons?
Check out my sound tutorial, the end of post #3. You may be hearing your call waiting tone.
HKCU\ControlPanel\Sounds\CallWaiting Script="pw3p" Silence it with: HKCU\ControlPanel\Sounds\CallWaiting Script=""
