As for working with Tmobile I talk to asurion a whole lot and thier policy is if they sent you a defective phone they will send you out another one and you can escalate and have it sent express shipping....GOOD LUCK

Go to the sprint store or just call i had a problem with mine when i got it call tech support and they fixed my problem they had me reset my phone 3x i just hope you didn't install programs yet because you will loose them but that might help. Good luck.

If Asurian inially replaced your phone, the Sprint rep will direct you to Asurian, I believe it's an old policy for them to direct you to Asurian for defective swaps. They will help you otherwise if you're willing to wait for a replacement order. Avoid the headache and call Asurian, tell them the phone sent to you is defective and it needs to be replaced. Also, tell them the Sprint technicians found the phone to be defective and they directed you to call Asurian.
