If Asurian inially replaced your phone, the Sprint rep will direct you to Asurian, I believe it's an old policy for them to direct you to Asurian for defective swaps. They will help you otherwise if you're willing to wait for a replacement order. Avoid the headache and call Asurian, tell them the phone sent to you is defective and it needs to be replaced. Also, tell them the Sprint technicians found the phone to be defective and they directed you to call Asurian.
