Just replaced

I just replaced my mogul with the Touch and I am having problems with it...should i call Sprint or Asurion to get it replaced? What are my options?

ITs very sluggish and freezes alot...what should i do?

back up all your important stuff and hard reset...SHOULD GIVE YOU RELEIVE!!! try a soft reset first...

+1 for a hard reset. That is something that should be done twice on every new phone when purchased! The GPS will work and everything will run more smoothly.

If it is defective go to the store first they might due an exchange right there. They have been doing that alot this christmas season. Better than waiting for delivery and taking a chance with backorder. If no exchange in the store call asurion and they will help you out

Asurion were the ones that replaced my MOgul with the Touch....so what do i do?
