Once you have that list of files, copy them to your PC and open each of them up in Internet Explorer. The GIF file animation will run in Internet Explorer.

When you find that file, rename the verizon file I attached to the exact same file name of the GIF that animates in Internet Explorer.

Then copy this renamed file to your PPC "\windows" directory.

Ok well I searched with total commander and found alot of crap in there but nothing that looks like the screen that first shows when the phone boots up.... I am about to just give up...thanks for all of your help.
