I need help reflashing!

I have a sprint vogue which im trying to convert to verizon. I did the QPST thing and changed to service code to all 0's and loaded 0.41 unlocker on it. Whenever I try to flash the dumped verizon rom onto it. it loads but when i turn the phone on it just sits at the verizon screen. I tried to flash with a custom rom that i made but that didnt work, when it loads up it still says sprint even though i picked verizon from the carrier list.. I have no idea why its not working.
