You do realize that a microwave will leave burn marks EVERYWHERE on the motherboard right?....LOL It's not like it's a "Wow! I can't see what's wrong with this device it just won't turn on."

More like ah..."Removes casing.......WTF happened in here!?!?! everything is fried?...This can't have been from just a simple short.

Good luck with that.

its id10ts like these people that the insurance and the price plans are so expensive... because of you sprint has to up prices to recover that loss. now if the phone is TRULY damaged then no problem, but if you have and old PPC-6700 and want an Mogul, just because its new, then thank you for the higher price.

i don't advise the microwave.they have people at retentions that will handle legitimate problems.you just have to be patient.i exchanged 6 treo 700wx's before i emailed sprint and explained the situation.after one of the reps said i could use my rebate of $75 to purchase a new phone,i told em to jump in the lake.the next email said pick whatever phone i wanted,and they would credit the account the price difference.don't give up,just email them.by the way,i do have insurance.
