Please help; missing button..

hi, first off sorry for the lack of proper
names but ill do my best to explain
what i mean. ok so i installed this
cab file quickmenu or something
and i didnt like it so i uninstalled.
Now, the little 3 bar icon that
should be in the top right corner
of today screen is gone. im talking about
the button u push to see current running
programs and memory usage etc etc..

anyone know how i can get that
back with an app or reg edit. Just not sure
where to look.
