After re-flashing the stock ROM, sound notifications work, then stop again. =(

I reflashed the ROM, and all of a sudden, I got sounds for incoming texts.

Installed a few programs (Google Maps, SK Tools, etc), and now, no sound again.

WTF? =( Calls work fine, just not texts.
