I could not locate the ActiveSync.exe file on my Mogul, do you know where it is located?
I had the problem again yesterday afternoon. This is so weird, I don't understand why it works fine on my Mogul and not on my Touch. I would think Windows Mobile 6.1 is the same on both devices? (the core files anyway).
From your data you posted it's obvious that the phone is not sending the correct ping info out. I don't have access to our companies IT department to verify that's what happening to me but it sounds logical. I work for a very large corporation so I'm sure the server side should be up to date with all the latest patches etc.?
