LOL.....sorry I don't mean to be rude....but.....what did you think you were getting? Does anyone really think that Sprint uses RapidShare to distribute their ROMs, or that they give it to DCD to announce on xda-developers?

Even when OFFICIAL Roms have been released in the past, there were rapidshare mirros, because the main site was being bombarded. Yes, i could have searched out the link that had HTC.com in it but I was trusting that when mods experinced people are calling this Official, that it's official. It was an easy oversight, and I am sure I am not alone.

As for the poll...I seriously doubt if it will be released now that they can read about all the little issues the ROM has, (although none are major). I am in the camp that this was leaked to xda and ppcgeeks on purpose, for free beta testing.

Yup, it makes sense for them to do that. The only thing i'm not sure of is if sprint or htc actually allows it to be leaked or if its just some people on the inside that let it happen.

I think the delays are because they want to flash all of their current stock over to the new ROM and once that is done they will release it. DCD may be one of those flashing the current stock over.

who cares as long as it works? I would like to think that people arent here expecting that this is some sort of adjunct to manufacturers. but then....

wow this sucks. i guess its my fault because i was totally happy with the way my phone was running. now my phone sucks. i wouldnt have flashed if i had known it wasnt official . i did search HTC and Sprint for and couldnt find it but i wasnt sure they usually went about releasing a ROM

This just shows people are never happy.... If you didnt know if it was an official release why upgrade?... dont complaint now when you flash your rom already.. DEAL WITH IT.. LIVE AND LEARN next time wait if you dont want to use a ROM you arent sure where is coming from.

Yeah he spent a lot of time complaining about the Mogul, and just recently got a Touch. Now he has to spend all of his time complaining about it.
