[Help] needed on how to add my phone number to new phone?

HI to all,
I hope I'm on the right place! first of all thats to every one onver here who make this website life.
I have a small problem! I have HTC TOUCH from verizon and I love it, my firend have HP mobile with windows 5, and he told me that iphone theme really good for my new phone, so I installed the new theme but it make my phone reaLLY BAD and I did backup everything on my cell and reste my phone now I have as the first time I got it. but my problem is I lost my phone number on this phone!
how I can add my new phone number to my phone?
