Used Touch already flashed, where to start???

Just bought a used Touch and seems to have already been reflashed. I changed the battery and on reboot it says "Test Only Not for Resale" and it already has WM6.1 on it with the GPS working. Not sure where to start from here on reflashing to another ROM.
