I have increased the range of volume control for calls through normal speaker and speakerphone and increased the BT volume also. So on the lowest setting it is really quiet and very loud at the highest setting.

Thanks, us old guys need LOUD! Are there a few pointers you can share about what exactly all the columns and rows are? Maybee a msdn article. And i f you have time, that would make a good tutorial...
