First Rom upgrade, a few quick Q's first

I am new to the scene here and I have been reading all weekend long on how to change my touch to something different (only had the phone for a week). I am going with NFSFAN's Rom as a starter, but I want to make sure my baseline on my phone is where I need to be.

Rom Version: 3.03.651.4
Radio Version: 3.42.30

I thought I had seen a newer Radio version, but I can't for the life of me find it again.

Any information will be appreciated!
