Re: Known Verizon Issue with cracked outer casing
Just went into bell today about my phone which has 5 cracks and paint peeling around them.
Apparently extended warranties don't cover "cosmetic" damages like these, only the 1 year manufacturer warrantee covers this. IMO, thats a load of crap. Just a heads up for other bell users...

Do they still have a stock of vogue's at verizon?
Would there be any way they would replace it with a touch pro or touch diamond? and to flash back to a stock rom, i could just run a stock update, correct? |

Yes, if you want to swap it for another Vogue you have to return the one you have. You might be better off in the long run getting yourself a replacement housing and swapping it out. The black housings are very durable. I don't know if Verizon is using better housings now or not.

Re: Known Verizon Issue with cracked outer casing
Man I started this thread almost a year and a half ago. I can't believe people still use their Vogues. Although mine is still in use by a friend... It has been replaced several times so I guess its not my original, but still.

Re: Known Verizon Issue with cracked outer casing
My 2 years would have been up in May of this year, but the Vogue sold for quite a long while after that and a lot of people won't get into a new phone without the new-every-2 discounts. So, I'd imagine this thread will continue for a while.
