like it: YES!! battery life based on my usage pattern: much better than standard battery. my daily usage pattern is 45-75 minutes of calls, 60-100 emails and respond to 30 or 40, 15-20 txt msgs, 10-15 minutes on internet. depending on coverage, i'll end the day with 20-40% of battery life remaining. since i charge daily, this is more than acceptable battery life for me. and if i'm going out for the evening, i usually switch to the smaller (fully charged) battery.

I ordered this battery and yes, it does come with the cover you see on their webpage. Battery life for me is far more compared to the original one.

Before, I had to charge twice a day. Now I can go all day without charging until I get home...that's in a 12 hour day of about 300 minutes of talk time with about 15 min of internet and 30 text and 20 emails and the bluetooth enabled.

I am an avid believer of OEM products, however, there are sometimes some others that out-perform the OEM, sometimes. The SEIDIO is, IMO, one of them.

I recommend it.

Mine is pretty good, however, I wouldn't know what to do with a billion emails, but I do receive and respond to emails with settings set at as soon as items arrive, I text often, use s2p with bluetooth, make calls, load and unload programs which require multiple soft resets (big battery drain), internet often, moving files, etc.. Oh yeah and showing off you tube like it's my job. It does last the day as stated in my previous posts were I was on 20+ hours (took off charge at 9am & bed at 4ish) with juice left to go. I think I posted at like 3am and it it could have been on stand by till noon easy.

When switching to your smaller battery, are you taking both backs and if not, doesn't your smaller battery pop out?

i know this is a stupid question, and i'm surprised i didn't even think it was an issue, but does soft resetting really drain out your battery? Or i guess my MAIN question is, can multiple soft resets in a day HARM a battery?

I'm pretty sure it does, when I do a lot during the day from loading or unloading prgms (b/c I'm never satisfied) or whatever it seems to take power out quicker. Think about it like a car and it's fuel. A car uses more gas on start up than idling. Everytime it starts up it has to fire up all the protocols and screen and load tests rather than when it idles it just needs to boost the function that is running. As far as doing multiple resets a day doing harm, i don't know for sure, but since you mentioned it I remember now a friend who was a computer specialist telling me (a long time ago) that I should just let my home pc go to sleep if I'm not using it rather than shutting it down everytime because it is more likely to fail or burnout starting it up always. I don't know for sure but maybe it could be bad.
This post has been thanked 1 times.

Re: 2400 mAh Extended Battery- $11.99

Just out of curiosity... why buy a touch (marketed as being thin,) and double the size of it? May as well have a Mogul, with a full keyboard... and wifi...

guess that's just an opinion though...
