Somewhere up top in one of the stickies is a "how to" i followed it and and downgraded my Bell touch to stock and returned it for a replacement... i returned the phone to UTStar today, and they said the turn around time is 3 days. Did u actually get a replacement or the phone just repaired? I kinda dont wanna have to go thru with the old phone again so please do let me know...thanks
