Wm6.1 + Gps...?

I would love to jump on the GPS bandwagon but I'm not willing to give up my threaded messaging for it. Is there a 6.1 ROM (or kitchen better yet) with GPS enabled in the works?

what he said, i was gonna try the rev a wit the gps update in the other post, but they said it takes n hour tho, man im not tryna brick my phone on accident, i think ill wait a lil longer and keep observing the problems

There is threaded for 6.0. You can Google search for "Cody's threaded messaging" or "Palm threaded Messaging". I cant post links or the App's because Palm asked them to be removed but they are still around on the interweb. Or check out a different app HERE.

Youll be fine flashing a rom. Just make a game plan before you start always know how to get back to stock and don't hold your breath. The flash takes to long you'll pass out.

JD's ROM is 6.1. It is also plug and play and VERY simple to setup.

Ok, just to clarify:

JD has a rom available that is 6.1 with GPS and Rev A?

Where do I obtain this? As far as I can see, his ftp folders are empty

Yes, in the STICKIES you will find JD's 6.1 3.x Radio compatible TEST ROM. In another STICKY you will see that a 3.x Radio compatible .19209 kitchen is in the works.

Neither of the threaded apps play friendly with the touch because when the keyboard pops up it doesnt push the text input box to the top of the kb.

does anyone know how to get JD's 6.1 mms working? i just noticed it is included in this rom but its failing to send anything..
