it isnt actually ready/ported just yet, but he said he will try to get it done TODAY!!

yes. but that was a direct result of android being classified (even by google) as an "early look release" LOOK being the keyword there. they said that this is actually in line with and on the road to android one o. also note that they classified this as a beta. and 0.9 at that.

im hoping/expecting much more!!

im about to check it out! he's got it running! altho not the radio again just yet (take a look at the thread for full info)

Same here, I just tried out the latest Android.

Got the System.gz, initrd.gz and zImage and place them into my Android folder under the Program File directory.
I unzipped the two gz files and renamed the initrd to initrd-android so the linux can boot.
But I only get to a blank white screen with a very light line in the middle, but the screen is BLINKING very fast!

What is wrong????

Latest update!!! Aite... the 'man' (good job man!) uploaded a new zImage, now the linux is booting! (talk as I look at my phone) I hope Android will boot soon...

had same problem, reported to dev, he updated zimage. redownload and try again.

altho i just tried it again, and received more errors :S

Aite, don't unzip the system.gz... just put it in...
I got linux to boot, but it say Failed to extract system image... ??? saying no such file or directory..... do I have to place it in the SDCard? or ???
