TMZ. Did you ever get your answer? I have the same problem. htcsettings.exe and htcprograms.exe are not in my windows directory. Please let me know if you found the correct path or the alternate file names to call.

htcprograms.exe and htcsettings.exe are in the stock ROM but can't find them in the "leaked" ROM. I even ran a search for them.

do you have rom files hidden?
