Absolutely agreed. I've said the same in the past. Especially with Sprint, folks should treat an upgrade as an unexpected suprise. (And sometimes an unpleasant suprise).
If a phone doesn't do what you want it to do and/or what it's advertised to do - take it back within 30 days and move on. It's just a phone....
