I have had the 1400mAh battery from this guy since December (took a few weeks to arrive). Works good, and still holds the same charge.

Some brave soul needs to try the 2200 battery and report here!

I am pretty positive that any of those 2200 batteries require a new back to the phone. Everything I have heard is that there is just no way to increase the capacity that much without increasing the physical size of the battery. I am assuming our 1400 slighlty larger batteries are also slightly larger, or have a thinner casing around the Li-ion cells.

Hope you have better luck, I asked him as well, and a few others. It seems there is a language barrier or they are swamped..

2200mah battery has been talked about at xda, it does come with a larger back cover.

aw, nuts. though i guess it's pretty obvious it wouldnt fit the old cover. do you know if its the battery cover with the hump, or one like the siedio where its flush?

The stock battery cover will still fit ...
