Re: Screen Protector Recommendations?

I use Anti-Glares on my Garmin GPS unit. I think the BoxWave Anti-Glares' surface is ridged. The entire surface is covered with ridges that span the width of the protector. That's what it feels like anyway when I run a fingernail over it.

Re: Screen Protector Recommendations?

Invisible Shield is good as well, but I don't like it on screens where swipe motions are used to activate parts of the UI. That's because Invisible Shields and BSEs are kind of "tacky" / sticky once they're dried up.

Re: Screen Protector Recommendations?

boxwave clear protecter is a WINNER.

they easily swapped out my order, shipped it out a day earlier, and i recieved it in 4 days! kudos to them.

it took a couple refits at the top to get it aligned right, then i just laid it down, squeegeed it, and its superb! Has a nice flush feel, i was scared it was gonna be too thick and raised for my tastes.. but its perfect. the only problem i have and im sure this is common with all protectors is a corner or edge or two dont wanna stay down so it leaves a minor bubble on the edge.. im guessing i didnt clean that area good enough

Re: Screen Protector Recommendations?

How long does the average BoxWave protector usually last? It seems that the InvisibleShield has a lifetime warranty which would suggest that is it's life expectancy. Looking to make the most of my purchase dollars and if one last's longer than that may sway me.

Re: Screen Protector Recommendations?

Not sure how long they last, It could be forever from the feel of it.

Not sure if it has been a week yet (too lazy to look back at my first posting date in this thread) but I don't even realize that the screen protector is on.

I must say that I can see myself having problems removing it, coz it is soo lined up to the edges of the screen, its gonna be almost impossible to get it pried up with my fingers alone.

The swishing sound I had mentioned before has almost fully disappeared, I guess due to the constant usage. Well, so far so great!!!

just take 2 pieces of scotch tape and apply it to 1 corner, comes off effortlessly. if you need more grab, add more tape
