PocketPc Techs...
So much better, and you don't have to deal with the shitty CS of boxwave.

Re: Screen Protector Recommendations?

How is it "so much better"? The crystal clear ones I got had a protective backing on the side that adheres to the Touch's screen AND it also had a protective layer (with a protruding tab on one corner) over the front to help with placement / alignment of the protector. Also, why would you need customer service for a $13 screen protector?

Re: Screen Protector Recommendations?

Say they send you the wrong one, or the wrong size. Try getting it exchange through boxwave. It isn't fun.
The PPCT product is better anyways. They include higher quality extras, in addition you get a free StuffBak code (and 1 year subscription) with every purchase that u can use for 10% off your next order.

Re: Screen Protector Recommendations?

Yes Invisashield is way to expensive I ordered one for axim x51v and it was 25.00 for one and when I pulled it off it strech and krinkled. I tried to get it replaced and it was a big hassle. I also noticed it was not as clear as they stated.

It doesn't fit the ENTIRE screen, It might be a couple MM's smaller on the bottom, but it does cover everywhere needed.

Its also very smooth feeling, I love it and will get nothing but these again!

Re: Screen Protector Recommendations?

PPCTECH antiglare is by far the best I've tried. I will never use any other again.
They can be found HERE: http://www.pocketpctechs.com/

Are you sure you got the one for the Sprint Touch or the GSM Touch?

Thumbs up Re: Screen Protector Recommendations?

I don't have a Vogue but that shouldn't really matter. I just unpacked and installed a Clear Touch Anti-Glare Screen Protector from Boxwave, to replace the one that came with my TYTN II, and I must say that I'm impressed.

Not only does it cover the entire screen (the one that came with my PPC didn't), but it actually does everything that it claims:

1. Anti-Glare (Reduces glare no matter how high I turn up the brightness)
2. Dust Repelling (Wow)
3. Fingerprint Free (No matter how hard I tried with oily/grubby fingers)
4. Washable and Reusable (Didn't make sense buying three, sigh)
5. Improves Handwriting Recognition (And how!!!)
6. Protects Touchscreen from Scratches (It sure does)

I only have one "problem" and that is with the type of material it is made from. Its not really a problem, just a minor annoyance actually. My old protector was kind of soft, so making gestures was pretty much silent; but it didn't have all these other features. The boxwave protector makes a slight "swishing" sound when making finger gestures (due to its sturdier/harder material), but I guess that is just something I will have to get used to.
