Device Freezes with WM6.1

I'm using OMJ's 6.1 Rom v5 and experiencing the same thing. Phone will be locked up sometimes when sleep. No buttons pressed can wake up the phone. But I tried to call my phone, it would ring then the phone would 'wake up'. This gotta be a problem with sleep and should be a way to fix it...

Anyone can help??

not too often, but enough to notice; I have experienced lockups by trying to end calls pressing the hard-end-redbutton. this would froze the phone still, sometimes not ending the call at all. a quick solution for me, is wake up the phone to end the call pressing the soft end-key on the touchscreen. some how it has helped

I personally dont know if you can change it after having flashed the ROM but I would like to know if there is a way to do it since I dont really feel like Re Flashing my phone cause Ive got it pretty much where I want it. Its a hassel to set all the settings where I want them and re install all my programs again.

i feel stupid posting this yet again, as i have posted nearly this identical message what seems like a thousand times but...here goes..

supposedly, you can change the pagepool using activesync, and it works almost instantaneously. i do not understand quite how it works though, and was never able to get it to work.

there are only a few sizes you can set it to using this tool, though im sure this could be altered fairly easily who knew their way around console programming/batch commands.

yeah that only changes it up to 12mb. I used that on my brother's old Wing to bring it down. I actually needed to bring it up to like 32mb on my Touch so thats why I asked if there was any possible way to do it without having to re-flash. But anyways, I flashed to OMJ's latest ROM which is set at 32mb and my phone is fine now, no more lock ups/freezes.

I have flash my phone with Nochem 107 build with 0 page pool and i have not experience my phone freezing up. My phone feel real fast and slick too!

can anyone else verify this? I have been having the same lockups and really dont wanna go back to 6 if I dont have to. But i am starting to think that the upgrade isnt worth it.

lmao... what he means to say is post issues for specific roms on that page. So the respective "chef's" can work on it.
