I believe he's using a newer version of the OS that is more stable. I'm running the Lite version he posted on the 10th, and it's very solid.
Also, he said this on the 8th just before posting the Lite Version.

the new rom will not be release untill the 21st the one that is in the temp folder was a beta that did not completely upload .... so hold tight I decided to make some last minute changes

If you wanna try out the 3-10 beta the password is thetest however the newer rom that I will post later will be much different.

Hey JD I've been testing this rom all day, I was running another one and I was having my phone lock up on me, too many times to count, I couldn't make a phone call without having to soft reset my phone after every single call.
With this beta I've had it lock up on me just once while using the video sites link, trying to stream videos. But not a single lock up on any calls.
There is a problem with the touch keyboard where as for certain inputs(like switching to symbols) while in xt9 it doesn't move to the next character, it just over writes the word that was highlighted.
This rom is lightening fast, even on start up. Only problem I see is my signal reception at the top doesn't show me as having any reception, and I haven't seen it ever listing when I am in 1X mode or evdo mode.
Data connection is grey'd out on the com. manager

But Most importantly it is very stable, and I have not had any other problems, will test some more tonight, and let you know if I come across anything else.

so i don't know what i did, but now when people call, it doesn't show who's calling, just says incoming call

all i changed today was

show battery in tittle bar

and the touch flow sensitivity

this is with the older full version of the rom

anyone else experience this?

How did you get the beta to work and can never get it to downlaod with out giving me a rar error

So the phone seems to still randomly lock up on me, but I'm starting to think its not the roms I'm flashing at all but the phone itself. I notice that I don't get my voicemail notification.
It does list that I'm in evdo mode, and I did notice it switch to 1x after a soft reset, only other thing I haven't received one txt msg, but that could be because nobody luvs me today .

Do you hard reset after flashing ...... if so then try the stock wm6.1 if that locks up then yeah .. it could be the phone ? however the 3-10 beta I had lockups too thats why I was waiting before I released . The newer version is I have taken the time to switch alot more files to modules ... and I have put it thru a ton of testing I have 2 versions now I just need to figure out which one I want to release
