Just install the trial version of the Voice Command.
I had a similar problem, but with the speaker, not bluetooth. I can't remember which rom it was on, since I've flashed 4 different roms in the last 2weeks.
When I would hit the button for VC, I could not hear the beep that let me know the mic was listening, and I could not hear the acknowledgement of whatever command I gave.
I reintalled VC, and I believe that fixed it.
I don't have a headset w/ me to test, the speaker works for acknowlegements, but I can't get it to announce an incoming call.
I never use that feature, but I can try re-installing VC to see if that fixes it.

How do you change the color of comm manager like that??? Green currently doesnt match my theme

that comm manager is built into the rom if you want to change it you will have to find another cab and install it .......

The Settings does exist. After you uncheck "Replace system's start-menu" in the QuickMenu Options(General Tab). The original start menu is accessed from the Start button while the QuickMenu from the windows icon. I just don't know where the lnk or exe went? Thanks again for all of your work. lol no man I mean I took htc settings out because it is used for the large start menu so its not there
