My radio version is 2.15.00 and the PRL is 05075 (Telus Touch)

The ROM version is 1.11.661.1

What does PRL do? What's the advantage of updating to the new one? Thanks.

all it does it update cell towers, like if a new one was installed or if a change in roaming agreements.....I'm sure someone could explain it better.
