My radio version is 2.15.00 and the PRL is 05075 (Telus Touch)

The ROM version is 1.11.661.1

you can download PRL's from http://www.corolada.com/prl/

once you have the prl on your PPC, type ##PRL# from the dialpad, you'll have to enter your MSL, then highlight Update PRL, then press menu, then edit. browse to where you stored the new PRL, then press ok, then press menu, then ok, then yes.

all it does it update cell towers, like if a new one was installed or if a change in roaming agreements.....I'm sure someone could explain it better.
