Check post #1 to see what programs each button points to. They are listed left to right, top to bottom.

ie.

1. Mail
2. Internet Explorer
3. Calendar
4. SMS
5. Settings
6. Instant Messaging
7. File Explorer
8. Photo Album

translates to

1234
5678 on the buttons

Most of them are self-explanitory by what the icon looks like.

I like the idea of having the quick dials be on the third page instead of the big quick dial third page currently in place. With the other 4 pages, there should be plenty of spots for applications.

I have tried using the QuickDial program and changing the width and height of images to fit in the slab, and it works...kind of. the only problem is that when you select a contact with a picture, no picture is shown. You can tap where the picture should be and it will dial the number, but the contact's picture is missing from the screen.

One option would be to use the QuickDial program and change the icons for that slab to the little silhouette people and turn on the labels, so that the Contact's name would be shown, but not their picture. Would that be acceptable?

Otherwise I would leave it as an App Launcher with each button pointing to MakePhoneCall.exe and you would have to manually enter the number in the Param value in the registry and create a brn for each contact.

I guess I'll do both and let people decide what level of effort they want to put into it.

I kept getting errors trying to open the zip files. Re-tried them and when I ran the cab for the HTC, it said unsuccessful.

That's exactly what I was picturing because that's what mine looks like now. I don't use the photo contacts currently, just the stock silhouettes.

I second this:
For me,
a lot of the stuff don't work.

On the first slab, the "settings" and the "instant messaging" /OZ don't work.

On the second slab, google maps does not load despite having it installing from the extra cabs you've provided. Same with TCMPMP on the 4th slab and paintce + opera on the 5th

All the programs work on their own when i go to open them in the programs menu.

I'm using one of the custom roms floating around.
So, that mght be causing some conflicts with the MacFlo. So with so many programs not working for me, then it would be really cool if there was a config file that can be modiifed such that I could make it work better for me.
