Re: Vista Cube 2.0

I have an HTC Touch and would like to install Vistacube 2. I am ignorant of how this is to be installed. I don't know all the ins and outs of the phone yet. Can anyone provide instructions on how to install this on my HTC Touch? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You

Decide whether you want the 3 sided cube or 4 sided. Decide whether you want animations for blank animations (show or not show icons when cube is flipped to a different side). Then simply download the cab file you want and put it on you touch and open it and it should auto install.

Re: Vista Cube 2.0

I've installed Vistacube on an Alltel Touch and it works great. The only problem I have is that the Alltel version has a few things that are different from the Sprint version and so I'll need to make a few changes to the pointers in the cube. Is there a list of the registry entries for the cube or a utility that can see and change all sides of the cube? I'm running the three sided full animations version.

I know this has been touched on briefly, but wanted to offer my report on it.

I just bought the Alltel Touch a few days ago... moved from the xv-6700. A number of the registry tweaks that worked on that work on this as well.

I have Polen's Vista Cube 2.0 (4-side), Keyboard, and Dialer Skin all uploaded, and as I expected they worked fine. My next steps are going to configure the cube the way I want it, then make the cube animations.

One thing I love about PPCGeeks and Pdaphonehome is that in every forum are a few people who go above and beyond. Thanks Polen, and I will post some pics of my tweaked Touch in the coming weeks.

One configuration might be to make vista style icons of some of my contacts, and use the fourth page as a dialer page.
