touchpal is for me, incredibly fast. I tried all of the others including spb which was ok, but much slower. Touchpal even shows a video on youtube. Very fast to input paragraphs. my question is how can I make it my default keyboard ? When I need to soft reset the 20 always shows up. I'd rather just use touchpal. Thanks .

There was a program over on xda called SIP-changer i think??? it let you input one of your SIP's to be default for all programs.

what exactly is SIP-Change? I don't know what it is even for...just to keep a keyboard selection in default? THanks!

SIP-Change is a program that runs after so many seconds when your device is turned on to assign the default keyboard to your device. It is a known bug that when the touch is soft reset that no matter what the default is set to via the WM settings it will always default to one of the HTC keyboards. What SIP-Change does is keep the keyboard set in SIP-Change to alway be the default even after a soft reset. Works great for me.

thanks for that awesome explanation! now is someone could please explain to me why my Touch storage card keeps getting corrupted and corrupting my pictures and program files installed on my storage card, I'd be a happy man. thanks again.

Thank you so much for cluign me on to TouchPal. I have been meaning to ask about a smaller touchkey pad - the default just takes up too much screen room and my fingures aren't THAT fat. TouchPal is perfect - and free!

anyone else found TouchPal doesnt work with Opera in landscape mode? Every predictive word is typed into the field box instead of just the final result. So Windows becomes winwinwindwindo.... definit bug
