how do i make it so that it shows the new icons during cube rotation?

also, does anyone have the blank files so that i can make them in photoshop myself? i got them from the blank cube made, but photoshop wont open them for some reason?

Check out carlosp_uk's "Touch Settings" at http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...&postcount=240

It has an animation tab that will rewrite your animation so all your new icons always show. All you need to do is select the animation and press save.

This version is in Beta, so give him feedback. Carlos has been at this for a while, so it's definitelly a good tool. Go through the whole thread, it's pretty good reading.

It works great in my PPC.

And here are my BRN's created with "Touch Settings". All I did was set my icons, and Carlos' tool took care of the rest. No messing with Photoshop or blah, blah, blah

I keep getting an error when i use Touch settings. A file access exception...is that because my cube icons are not in the original windows folder?

I get the same error, which sucks because the little preview thing looks pretty cool. This is on the stock 3 side cube with my own Icons put on with Thisguyinoc's CCT 3.0

This shouldn't be an issue. My icons are in my Storage Card. FYI, I use Leo2016's cube: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=348437

Sorry Primenall, I got ahead of myself with my answer. But neither icon location or names should be an issue.

If Touch Settings is able to see all your cube's sides, and produce a mini preview of your animation, then you should just be able to go to the animation tab and click save. Make sure to uninstall any other applications that might interfere with Touch Settings (this tool can also place your icons in your cube).

If not, make sure to submit your findings and zipped log to CarlosP_UK. He'll love to hear from you.
