Sorry Primenall, I got ahead of myself with my answer. But neither icon location or names should be an issue.
If Touch Settings is able to see all your cube's sides, and produce a mini preview of your animation, then you should just be able to go to the animation tab and click save. Make sure to uninstall any other applications that might interfere with Touch Settings (this tool can also place your icons in your cube).
