Nope. But you'll need a Torx T5, jeweller's Phillips #2, and plastic prying tool. I made my own pryer out of a plastic rod by filing one end of the rod at an angle. A guitar pic or even a credit card might work as opening helpers.

Did you see the manuals? Very helpful!

Re: Vogue Facelift - Inexpensive, Beautiful!

I wanted to do this exactly but for me the shipping is about 5x the cost of the item itself lol. BTW, was it difficult to do the change? consider it risky?

Not terribly difficult, but there's always at least some risk. For example, I certainly removed my memory card and kept fingers and tools away from motherboard. It's maticulous work on tiny parts and I have fat fingers, so had to use tweezers and wore 2 pair reading glasses! It went very smoothly except for one of the phillips screws that holds down the keypad circuitboard to the front housing. It would not bottom, kept on turning, as if the socket it screws into was too big or rheemed out already. It took some time before I realized there was a blob of plastic flash keeping the circuit board from getting near enough to where the screw goes in. Once I scraped some plastic out with an exacto knife, it all went together just fine.
