3) hold down the button on your BT headset that activates voice dialing (each headset is different. Some might not even be capable of voice dialing. I advise to look at your manual that came with your headset)
4) once you hear the Voice Dialing beep... say the tag. There has to be some program that links the button push with the voice dialing application. Since I installed MS Voice command without knowing that this program was already available, it might have messed up this option for me, as mine doesn't work this way even after the un-install of MS Voice Command. It also might be interfering with MS Voice command. There are some issues that MS Voice command volume is very low. Also confirmation on the voice command doesn't work. I will test this on my 2nd touch where I have yet to install MS Voice Command to see how this works. Thanks for your detailed responce. |

I have reset my phone back to factory and I can confirm that Cyberon Voice Speed Dial DOES support bluetooth dialing out of the box.
I found out that installing Microsoft Voice Command will break the Cyberon Voice Speed dial over bluetooth. Even uninstalling the MS Voice Command will not bring back the Cyberon bluetooth dialing. A hard reset was necessary to bring it back. I am also thinking that it is possible that the pre-installed Cyberon Voice Speed Dial over bluetooth may be causing some of the problems with MS voice command over bluetooth. Will have to look at un-installing the Cyberon completely, then putting in the MS voice command to see if the low volume issues with MS voice command go away or not. |
