I have reset my phone back to factory and I can confirm that Cyberon Voice Speed Dial DOES support bluetooth dialing out of the box.
I found out that installing Microsoft Voice Command will break the Cyberon Voice Speed dial over bluetooth. Even uninstalling the MS Voice Command will not bring back the Cyberon bluetooth dialing. A hard reset was necessary to bring it back.
I am also thinking that it is possible that the pre-installed Cyberon Voice Speed Dial over bluetooth may be causing some of the problems with MS voice command over bluetooth. Will have to look at un-installing the Cyberon completely, then putting in the MS voice command to see if the low volume issues with MS voice command go away or not.
