You have to launch voice command.

I press the button and the headset and wait for beep, then say name I recorded in my voice tags and the phone dials the contact associated with the voice tag.

you press the button on the headset??

you sure its catching your voice thru the headset or thru the speaker of the phone?

if you don't know what I'm talking about it, cover the phone with a pillow/blanket or something... press the button on the phone and say the tag thru the BT headset.... cuz thats what I did to test it out.... I got nothing because I'm believing cyberon doesn't come with BT voice recognition just like the mogul.

Your Bluetooth reception isn't going to be that great under a pillow, either.

the point I'm making is that some thought the mogul had out of the box BT voice dialing until some realize it was just capturing your voice thru the speaker of the phone.

I'm trying to debate if its the same issue here because there's nothing in the manual (that I have found) that says it support BT voice dialing.

nevermind... I learn from another forum that it does support BT voice dialing out the box...

I didn't know with the Jabra JX10 you have to press both the - and + button to do it.... kinda awkward.
