There are 3 carriers that have the Touch, Bell Mobility, TELUS and Rogers.
Rogers has no EVDO and they have the wifi model - $ TELUS has no wifi and is expensive - no one has ever said a good thing about TELUS! Bell Mobility no wifi but has a $7 unlimited data!!! Bell has a bundle for about $23 that includes unlimited internet, sms, picture, video and enhanced message center. Also selected 5 friends feature! Wifi also takes more power so your battery will fade quicker! These style of devices are not really designed to be uploading and down loading large files?!

EVDO or pull out the laptop
Phoenix, EVDO everyware --- I actualy connect my laptop via EVDO because it is faster in some areas than the public wifi.
Outside of Phoenix I pull out the laptop if no EVDO. I had a 6700 and found trying to RDP to my clients was a pain in the a**. Biljol Touch on Alltel |

I use it, but only when we go camping where there is no data coverage. Two campgrounds we frequent have WiFi, but no Sprint coverage at all. The WiFi allows me to check my mail or lookup stuff on the web without having to take my laptop. I actually went Mogul over Touch because of the WiFi and I'm glad I did.

No because if I did I would have gotten the mogul.
I only use the internet for packages for the device, email, and occasional web surfing. For that the data service is fast enough, if this RevA update comes out that will seal the deal. I just want the GPS really, I dont even need RevA, I have a laptop with RevA Sprint for heavy browsing. As for connecting to computers, bluetooth does the job. |

Couldn't live without it. WMWifiRouter is just too handy. I use it all the time at work to get around our stupid web restrictions.
WiFi is nice if you ever leave the country too. |

I've said it before and i'll do it again, I tell everyone my phone does everything my laptop does Except printing and cd/dvd burning. I use the wifi all the time to set up modems and routers when customers pc's are spywared up. got a handy portable dlink router/ap/client a few years back, love it. bluetooth/evdo are not the answer to all wireless data needs.
