Thank in advance,

I flashed it, and now everything in EPST is fine.

Even though your vogue is sprint branded, I think you should flash this one for Hutch because I doubt a sprint radio would work where you are. I hope you can flash it. Remember to let customizations run after you flash it so your carrier provisioning will be set right. Hard reset after you flash and let customizations run again. Good Luck!
Thank in advance,
I flashed it, EPST is quiet better.
Anyway, Phone still off.....

You may have to update your PRL in order for it to work.
That should be the rom you need. If I were you I would contact your carrier and make sure they have your device in their system and they should be able to help you activate and get it going.

There is no HTC center in Thailand.
We have only Distributor which is a drop point to claim their products.

Thai carrier has never supprot this items.
This is the reason why people in Thailand always buy it from the other country.

..T_T..

By the way,I went to carrier center and htc distributor.
They said "No need to fix it, just sell it as a Pocket PC".

If someone read this threads, plz advice me more and more.
I try until it work

That's not what I meant. Sorry if you did not understand.
I meant for you to call the tech support of your service provider (the people you pay your bill to) on another phone. The rom I linked you to should be the rom you need but I think without talking to your cellular company this may be as far as you can go. You can't just buy a phone and flash their rom and expect it to just start working without having the phone activated in that company's system.

Re: Phone always off: Wireless radio off

I'm really confused

What exactly are you trying to do?

Has the phone worked before on your account?

What have you done to mess it up? and be honest no body will look at you different.

Does it have a current PRL for Hutch on the device?

What radio does it say in the red letters on the boot screen, and in the device info?

What SPL is it showing currently?

Re: Phone always off: Wireless radio off

Sorry for my poor English,
I will try to make u understand.

1. I take my phone back to normal
2. My phone has been worked befor I flash down back to rom "Non-GPS"
3.
What have you done to mess it up? and be honest no body will look at you different. >>>I don't understand what you mean

4.I have PRL for Hutch and successfully load it to my phone, but it doesn't work

5.Right now, [original radio from Hutch]
There is
P ACAAAAM-4070
R 1.68.00
D 1.12

6.PRL ID is 02007 from Hutch rom

Right now,
Everything work well,
EPST is work well after I follow instruction from "horndoctor"
Except it can't turn on the phone
Phone sign shows in No Service.

If the phone is normal, it should connect with CDMA crrier [Hutch Server:
2000 1X CDMA]

Thank you for your attension..
Plz apologize for me if u get confuse for my words.

Um, I understand what you meant.
But you may get confuse from my word.
Let me make it clear.

In thailand, we have CDMA carrier which is "Hutch Company".
they offer only normal phone like "Sumsung SCH-B119, Sunyo-588 and so on". you may visit www.hutch.co.th

Except, dopod818C[with R-uim] and Vogue CDMA.
By the way, Vogue sold out as a limited items which supported by HTC distributor[NOt HTC center].

Hutch will serve as a service provider and HTC distributor serves as
a claiming drop point.
Hutch will not serve any information, help or anythings.
For HTC distributor, they don't know anything too.
They have only drop point for you to claim their import product and send it back to HTC center outside my country. They not allowed you to ask questions.
As I said before, There is no technical support center for HTC in Thailand.

Once, you use the phone over the mannual such as Flash rom or install new programs and get some troubles. They will force you to read a contact and say it out of warranty.

I though this may clearify my word before.

thank you,

OK, well at least it sounds like your phone's esn is in Hutch's system. Do you know what radio you were using before when your phone was working? I'm thinking if you remember the radio version you had then you could now unlock/install 2.31 hard spl and upgrade your radio to the version you had before which was probably a gps capable radio. Then flash a custom rom. Then upgrade your PRL to the latest version. After all that you should have a device that has the correct epst settings for Hutch, 2.31 gps capable hard spl, gps capable radio, upgraded rom, and latest prl. I think.
