This is what i got back from Customer Service:

I apologize for the inconvenience of the MMS feature being blocked and understand how frustrating this can be. I would like to thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback in regards to this issue. My guess is that rep did not notice or does not know that MMS is not supposed to work on our devices and that if it indeed forwareded to someone, you will receive a response saying that your device does not currently support MMS.

This does work, but must go through an email client, no necessarily sprint mail ... but just regular email. It comes in as picture mail though.

ya, it is a joke... i cant believe they don't offer it on the touch... i know, i know, they never unadvertised... but come on! did they advertise that it can make and receive phone calls? noo, its a given.... just like MMS should be... a given..... of course a 400 dollar phone can do MMS... or can it?

to send straight to text, it would be MDN@messaging.sprintpcs.com
for picturemail its MDN@pm.sprint.com
