Updated: 02/05 - NO LONGER WORKING on Sprint - Real Picture Mail (PicMail, MMS)

they wher talking about removeing , i think they said go to start, settings,hit the system tab on bottom, look for remove programs, chose an remove

yep, got the mms cab removed with out anything going boom! i might try installing the cab again another day, maybe.

Do you know how this can fix? Anyone else experiencing this when they drive to remove the program? It is REALLY annoying to click on the email button from home and have my text messages pop up. I know all I have to do is swipe to reach them, but it's just annoying to have to do that. Plus I think something is messed up in that if I view an old email, and I exit it out of it. When I open up my email (through the button) it will still display that old email. And I have to manually exit out and then scroll to the top to view my new emails. I know this is nitpicky stuff, but I'm just used to how it used to be and I really need to restore it back that way. Anyone have any suggestions???

ok from what i can tell this program works to a point, i have send pics to three phones and my wifes new lg rumor she still had to access the web mail to get it, my old nextel phone 760i and i had to access the web mail to get pic as well, and to friends razor he said it came right to his phone,

i have also sent from my old phone to my new touch and i still had to access the web to get it, i think what it does is alows you to send by phone # and not the mail add, not sure ,

any way dose this sound like it is working corectly

it works most of the time for all media. sometimes it won't send it the first time but if I send it again it will... Maybe they will update this software. I put in a request since someone posted the new arcsoft software.. so we will see.

Yea I've noticed that lately. I'll have to re-send it after the first try and most of the time the 2nd try works.

As of this morning all my MMS said it was sent, but none of my recipients said they've received anything.
