Also, completely separate problem. . . when I lock my phone, hit the power button to turn the screen off, then put it in it's hard case, every time I receive a notification (vm, sms, etc.) the screen turns on and doesn't turn off after 30 sec like it's set to in the power settings. I know it's been on for a while cause the phone is hot as heck when I finally pull it out of my pocket later and this kills my battery. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks for the reply SBR. Yes, I installed the cab to the device memory. I don't install anything on the storage card. It's just for mp3s and storage mostly. Other reg edits work, like the smsnosentmsg edit, and this one seems to still be there (wav1=0) but just not doing anything.

vetvito also has one based on the new 19591 Diamond which is the same base i used but im pretty sure his is more stable and clean. mine is a project with a group of people testers and developers. so if you would like to go ahead and take a look at my ROM feel free but im pretty sure vetvitos is more stable.
