You can use WA3 which will replace you bar with its own... or if you flash to other roms, sometime other roms have diff ones, like Vetvito's roms

Here's something i just put together yesterday... everything fades in and out of middle.. buttons have "recoil" or "bounce"

I know - boring and simple. i just liked how the icons look against the background, so I used the wm6.1 green(new rom) theme to tie the today screen/launcher to the cube.

na... id say simple is right.. looks like htc home and pocket plus.. thats mad simple... probably functions responsively... clustered yes... i call it busy

It's the Liquid Metal theme found here. I'm no longer using that layout however because I didn't want or need SBP Pocket Plus 4 anymore, so I uninstalled it, and now my home screen looks like this:

The only programs I'm currently using to achieve this layout are Weather Panel and PhoneAlarm with the Black Gloss Manilla skin. My phone feels a lot more responsive since I uninstalled Pocket Plus 4 because it's less system resources being hogged unnecessarily. The PhoneAlarm skin is perfect for me because it has all the notifications as well as an app launcher (which I obviously haven't filled in yet). I also plan to modify the cube, maybe to a 4-sided cube, for any future apps/games I choose to install, so I will have everything I need while keeping as much of the system resources free as possible.
