They should, Did you get the employee ID & the name of the person that promised you? You might want to get it ASAP because I am sure a lot of Mogul Users will be calling for this and eventually sprint will realize that everyone is doing this and put an end to it!

For my Touch, I had the supervisor put a high priority note on my account and made sure I got all his info if just incase CSR tries to be smart with me when I call tommorow!

I didnt get none of wgat you specified. But i do have the email they send me... here it is.

Very nice. I wonder if i will owe them money or will both be equally valued? I did get the mogul thru sero so i dint pay full price. I paid 288.99 for it. Well.. actually.. i did pay a total of 549.99 but they credit my account 224.99. Making my purchase of my mogul to a mere 288.99. So i really wonder about this..

No, you will not owe them nothing as far as I know, I replaced my treo 700wx which was more money than a mogul and they refused to credit me the $100, in your case even you bought the mogul for 288 they look at the full retail price of the mogul, so your fine, you might be lucky and get a credit
I wont get one because I like my mogul with all the touch customization + sliding keyboard, Im still hoping for new ROM to bring us GPS and Rev A then the device will be complete. Unless sprint comes up with new HTC touch Dual with sliding keypad I will definitely exchange it. http://www.mydigitallife.info/2007/1...ch-dual-slide/
Im working with slither graphic wise to get the Cube to work exactly like the original touch hopefully he can get it done as soon as possible.

Yes, I remember that. i was into it too. What turned me off the mogul is really just the low ram. Otherwise if the mogul had 128 ram. I would not exchange it for nothing. I will sure miss the keyboard. When I get the touch feel free to ask for anything from it. i will be glad to help you get the cube run as closely to the original on your mogul.

When I called yesterday they told me there is a high priority note placed on my account instructing the CSR to replace your phone with Touch when it is available. Out of curiosity I called back to see if I can place an order now so I can have the phone on monday. I just spent 3 hours and finally got someone to do the replacement order for me and got the confirmation #.

The reply you got from them is even better because now you can use that email as proof they try to give you hard time.

Just email them back now and say process it please. Because by the time they get to your email it will be 4th anyway, so they should be able to ship one out in the early shipments

when the ecare rep emailed me, she made it clear that the price you paid for the mogul would be subtracted to the touch retail price. in effect I only pay 25 for the touch exchange...since I paid almost retail for the mogul.
