No, you will not owe them nothing as far as I know, I replaced my treo 700wx which was more money than a mogul and they refused to credit me the $100, in your case even you bought the mogul for 288 they look at the full retail price of the mogul, so your fine, you might be lucky and get a credit
I wont get one because I like my mogul with all the touch customization + sliding keyboard, Im still hoping for new ROM to bring us GPS and Rev A then the device will be complete. Unless sprint comes up with new HTC touch Dual with sliding keypad
